Specializing in Trial Practice, Civil & Criminal, Divorce & Support Michael Gailey graduated from Morgan County High School in 1989 and the University of Georgia with a B.A. in 1993. After attending and graduating from John Marshall Law School he was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 1996. Michael served as the Assistant District Attorney for Putnam and Morgan Counties from 1997 through 2005. During this time Michael was responsible for prosecuting all criminal cases in the Putnam and Morgan County Superior Courts, Magistrate Courts, as well as the Morgan County Probate Court. Michael continues to serve as the Solicitor for the City of Eatonton as well as the Solicitor for the Morgan County Magistrate Court. Michael has previously served a four year term as the President of the Ocmulgee Bar Association and has been previously appointed by local Superior Court Judges to serve as Special Master on contested real estate matters. Michael Gailey is admitted to practice law in the Georgia Court of Appeals as well as the Georgia Supreme Court and the United States Middle District of Georgia Federal Court.
